【环球网综合报道】据英国《每日邮报》9月5日报道，近日，瑞士苏黎世巧克力公司百乐嘉利宝在中国举办独家发布会，公布了公司发明的第四种巧克力——“红宝石”巧克力，这是继牛奶巧克力、黑巧克力和白巧克力之后，80年来首次出现的新品种巧克力。
据悉，百乐嘉利宝公司研究这款巧克力已有13年的时间，用红色的红宝石可可豆制做出的巧克力，外表呈粉红色，口感浓郁滑顺带有莓果香。红宝石巧克力预计在6-18个月内于世界各地发售。
公司全球市场营销主管巴斯•斯米特(Bas Smit)表示，尽管在世界各地都可以找到红宝石可可豆，但只有百乐嘉利宝公司通过独特的加工方式，释放出其中天然存在的风味和色调。(实习编译：翁佳丽 审稿：朱盈库)
